What is Amplified Leadership?
Amplified Leadership, a program for our mid and senior level alumni leaders, will help participants amplify their strengths and improve their growth areas. It will focus on supporting our alumni to live into their professional brand and develop their “Leadership Story of Self.”
During the program alumni will examine the strengths, motivations and conditions necessary for authentic and powerful leadership, learn the behaviors that differentiate leaders with extraordinary impact, and develop their own "story" or narrative for deepening their impact at their organizations.
GOALS of AMPLIFIED LEADERSHIP
The goal of this program is to help amplify the strengths of our mid to senior level leaders to support and empower them in their development as future executive level leaders in our region. We want alumni to leave this program feeling confident in their ability to speak about their skills, develop connections, and live into their authentic self.
Breakdown of program
FACILITATED SESSIONS: Through a series of 5 sessions alumni will explore their individual identities and develop their competence and confidence in expressing their unique leadership brands.
KELLOGG COURSE: The second workshop session will be the Kellogg Nonprofit Course Strategic Leadership: Leading the Self. This course focuses on understanding the conditions of leadership.
CREATING PLAN FOR FUTURE DEVELOPMENT: Between sessions alumni will be putting what they learn into practice. After completing the series, participants will have a concrete plan for their next steps.
