Announcing Our Amplified Leadership Participants

Amplified Leadership, a program for our mid and senior level alumni leaders, will help participants amplify their strengths and improve their growth areas. It will focus on supporting our alumni to live into their professional brand and develop their “Leadership Story of Self.”

During the program alumni will examine the strengths, motivations and conditions necessary for authentic and powerful leadership, learn the behaviors that differentiate leaders who make an extraordinary impact, and develop their own "story" or narrative for deepening their impact at their organizations. Alumni will attend a Kellogg course, and the other workshops will be facilitated by Jess Zander, Founder and CEO of Propelling Good.

Our first class of Amplified participants is an incredible group of Teach For America alumni. They bring unique experiences and perspectives to this program, and we know their experiences will be stronger because they are growing as leaders side-by-side.
