I’m thrilled for the opportunity to bring together member-led boards from across the region to network, align on our regional goals, and explore opportunities for collaboration throughout this fiscal year! We have confirmed Thursday, October 4th as the date for our first ever Member Boards Retreat! Invited boards include: The Alumni Leadership Council, The Collective, The 2CM Executive Board, and the Auxiliary Board. (Please flag if there are additional boards that should be added).
· 5-6 pm: Welcome & Appreciation Dinner—we will host a catered dinner for attendees as a means to say “thank you” for their board leadership. This is optional.
· 6-7:30 pm: Regional & Board Overview + Collaboration Time—this will be an opportunity for board leaders to gain insight around our FY19 regional strategy & priorities. Additionally, board members will have an opportunity to share an overview of their board’s mission and work. Afterwards, there will be time for board representatives to explore areas of collaboration.
· 7:30-8 pm: We hope to close out the evening around 7:40 pm with clear next steps/resources for each board. We will hold space until 8 pm in the event board members need additional time to network/discuss collaboration
