TFA CONNECT BETA
TFA Connect BETA, is TFA's new online platform. It enables our network of more than 56,000 alumni and corps members to support one another in our common pursuit of expanding educational equity. On the digital platform, you can build connections, look for job opportunities, and network with employers.
TFA Connect BETA is mobile-friendly and exclusive to members of the TFA community. Access TFA Connect BETA in the TFA Apps menu, once you’ve logged in to teachforamerica.org.
Alumni Leadership Council
The Teach for America Chicago-Northwest Indiana Alumni Leadership Council Board exists to leverage the knowledge and passion of a representative of alumni leaders to advise TFA staff on key regional decisions and mobilize alumni to be a part of a connected community.

Social Innovation Professional Learning committee
The Social Innovation Group is a community of alumni innovators who are growing ventures that meaningfully address the root causes of educational inequity. Through professionally facilitated round table discussions, Founders of social ventures are provided a structured format to problem solve by sharing experiences, successes and challenges. The Group is a confidential environment conducive to sharing sensitive issues and understanding the intersection of professional and personal goals and objectives. The format encourages accountability and creates bonds amongst members in a format that requires balanced participation from all members.

PRISM Alumni Board
PRISM Chicago-Northwest Indiana is dedicated to empowering LGBTQ+ corps members, alumni, and their allies to create schools that are inclusive of LGBTQ+ students and educators. To accomplish this, we develop leaders, build community, and advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusivity.
The Auxiliary Board is an active collective of young professionals dedicated to supporting Teach For America’s efforts to eliminate educational inequity in our region through fundraising, outreach, and direct engagement with corps members and alumni in schools and classrooms. Board members represent a diverse group of rising leaders in education, finance, law, medicine, and business and serve as thought partners in helping our region answer key strategic questions. Each member commits to giving or raising $2,500 each year.
