The careers of TFA alumni are deeply shaped by their time in the classroom—and while the pursuit of educational equity can take many forms, it should never come at the expense of financial security. Financial wellness isn’t a one-time goal—it’s an evolving strategy that grows with you. Whether you’re just starting out or preparing for your next leadership transition, this session offers practical support for every stage of your journey. Co-hosted by the Teach For America Career Center in partnership with Horace Mann and other financial partners, the session will equip early- and mid-career leaders with the knowledge and tools to make informed, values-aligned financial decisions. Participants will gain insights, practical tools and strategies tailored for educators and leaders in social impact fields—from managing student debt, to planning for retirement and more.
