Register for the Retaining & Sustaining Diverse Educators Workshop
Join the Illinois Affinity Group Network and expert practitioner Dr. Andrea Terrero Gabbadon on June 11 from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for an exploration of practical strategies and practices that school and district leaders can implement to support and retain diverse educators. During this workshop, participants will develop clarity on the research and data regarding educator attrition and identify specific strategies and practices that result in educator retention. Additionally, participants will receive resources and a guidebook for building belonging through affinity spaces.
