Introducing the Career Advancement Center: A New Resource for Purpose-Driven Careers in Education
Last spring, our regional alumni survey affirmed that career advancement is a top priority. Alumni shared that they are looking for tools, guidance, and a strong network to support growth. The Career Advance Center was built in direct response to that call.
This space is not only for those exploring new career pathways but also for current educators and leaders who want to deepen their impact in classrooms and school buildings.
We’re excited to launch the Career Advancement Center, a new space on our regional website designed to support Teach For America Greater Chicago-Northwest Indiana alumni and corps members in building impactful, mission-aligned careers in education. As the education landscape continues to evolve, new opportunities are emerging across classrooms, schools, nonprofits, and policy spaces. Our alumni are already stepping into these spaces with courage and vision, shaping systems and driving meaningful change. But we know that thriving in this work requires more than passion, it takes strategy, support, and connection.
With personalized coaching, curated resources, and real opportunities to connect across the region, the Career Advancement Center helps you elevate your leadership, leverage your strengths, and take the next step—wherever you are in your journey.
When alumni and corps members thrive, so do the students and communities we serve.
